About

EHN JEY is a Minneapolis-based recording artist known for his exhilarating live performances and a genre-blurring blend of R&B and electronic music that’s built for movement and emotional release.

Formerly recording under the name Nick Jordan, EHN JEY builds on a legacy deeply rooted in the Minneapolis music scene, earning recognition from the Minnesota Star Tribune (Best New Band, Best Live Acts) and City Pages (Best R&B Artist), while sharing stages with artists such as Aminé and Kiana Ledé.

His debut full-length project, Needs & Non-Negotiables, was hand-picked as an “essential album” by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, cementing his reputation as both a compelling songwriter and dynamic performer.

At the core of EHN JEY’s work is a belief in both melody and movement as tools for self-liberation. His music invites listeners to let go, connect, and show up as their most authentic selves — a message best distilled in his latest single, LIGHTWORK

“All deserve a chance to be free.”
